Long bio · 190 words

Joakim Isaksen is a founder, designer and competitor based in Tromsø, Norway.

In 2017 he founded FAIM, a brand of premium gaming mousepads. As founder he ran sales, strategy, partnerships and business development, and managed the entire company of 16 employees alongside agencies, partners and freelance designers. Partnerships were the backbone: more than 200 of them, with creators, streamers, esports players and organisations, co-creating products together. FAIM grew to several million NOK in revenue, Joakim moved to the USA to scale it, and in 2022 he sold it to a private equity company for $1.4 million.

From 2022 to 2023 he was Design Lead at REV, working on brands including Bodybuilding.com, RadioShack, Pier 1, Modell’s and Dressbarn. At Storebrand, from October 2023 to January 2025, he won the national sales competition in 2023 and again in 2024, as part of the best-performing sales team in Norway.

Since January 2023 he has been co-founder and design partner of Delta Ventures. Earlier he played PUBG and Fortnite professionally, became a Twitch Partner and passed $135,000 in total esports earnings. At the CS Paris Major 2023 he produced ohnePixel’s stream, which drew more than 10 million views in one week as the #1 channel on Twitch.
